Bossany Consulting International was "on the road again" in May, this time heading to Portugal where Bill Bossany was a featured speaker at the ICLAM 2025 conference "Navigating Risks in Insurance Medicine" in Estoril.

The ICLAM (International Committee for Insurance Medicine) conference, while primarily focused on medical subjects, also explored topics related to insurance, AI, and various other innovative themes.

During his presentation, Bill discussed the far-reaching impact of AI on the insurance industry and emphasized the importance of maintaining a "Human Touch," particularly in the realm of health insurance.
